What this website stores on your device, and what it does not.

Why there is no banner

The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require your consent before a website stores or accesses information on your device, unless doing so is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Because this site stores nothing, there is no consent to ask for — and showing a banner would imply otherwise.

What that means in practice

• We do not use analytics, so we cannot see who you are or what you read.
• We do not use advertising or social media tracking.
• Nothing about your visit is combined with anything else or used to build a profile.

What we do record

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent — as a normal part of running and securing a website. These are not cookies, are kept for a short rolling window, and are described in our Privacy Notice.

Fonts

Some pages load typefaces from a third-party font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it will see your IP address. No cookie is set by this. We are working towards self-hosting our fonts to remove the dependency.

If this changes

If we ever introduce cookies or analytics, we will add a consent banner that asks first, defaults to off, and lets you decline as easily as accept — and this page will be updated before any of it goes live.
